Incall

1 hour:         $800

2 hours:      $1200

$200 deposit required for incall dates.

If you wish to book, and you cannot host, the applicable deposit will be $200, paid upfront, so that I may book us a hotel room. It will be deducted from the final amount owed for the donation.

Fly Me to You

8 hours:       $2400

12 hours:     $3000

24 hours:    $5000

10% deposit required + flight cost + hotel cost. 8 hours is the minimum, no exceptions.

If you wish to fly me to you, the applicable deposit will be a percentage of the total rate (10%) and it will be deducted from the final amount owed for the donation. The costs incurred with traveling (flight, hotel, etc.) will not count toward the final amount owed for the donation and must be paid upfront with the 10% deposit. 

7 days notice required for flying me to you.

Driving me to you will have the same rates apply as flying me to you, minus the flight cost, but add instead the cost for gas for the trip. Driving to you will also require 7 days notice, and the same 8 hour minimum for an appointment.
